2. Pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, upon appointment of the data controller, the data controller of the site is the CEO of Exsitò Srls.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The data processing generated by the use of Exsitò Srls takes place at the company headquarters, in Via XIX Ottobre, no. 7 47838 Riccione Italy. If necessary, the data connected to the newsletter service can be processed by the data controller or by persons appointed by the data controller for this purpose at the relevant headquarters.

Data processing rules

Like all websites, this site also uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The information collected could be the following:

1. Internet protocol address (IP); – type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site; – name of the internet service provider (ISP);

2. date and time of the visit; – web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;

3. possibly the number of clicks. The aforementioned information is processed in an automated form and collected in an exclusively aggregated form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site, and for security reasons.
