Excluding the items above, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us first at info@exsito.it or hiqualityonboard@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
· All return items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
· All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
· Returns must be made within 24 hours from the receipt of the item.
· Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
General Return Process:
· Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and receive a return form.
· Fill out the return form and include it with your return package.
· Pack the item securely, and include any accessories, tags, and original packaging.
· Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return Charge:
· The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
