Shipping Information

Please Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred at the destination country. Customs processes can sometimes cause delays that are beyond our control.

Processing Time

· Customize Toothbrush ETERNO and Elf Ring orders are processed within 30-35 working days.

· Other orders are processed within 2-3 working days

· Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

· During high order volumes, processing might take a little longer, but don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated if there are any significant delays.

Free Shipping

 

· Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over Euros 50. For orders under Euros 50, a flat shipping rate of Euros 10 will apply.

International shipping all over the world

Tracking Your Order

You can easily track your order! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. 

Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred at the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be collected from you by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Address Accuracy

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unique Pet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package says it was delivered but you can’t find it, please contact your local postal service.
